BOOKING AND PURCHASE:
Within the italian-styles.com site, each article can be seen and booked without any commitment to buy. All you have to do is specify the amount and confirm your choice to add the product to the shopping cart. from which you can still see, cancel or confirm all the articles you have booked up to that moment.
The purchase will be considered concluded and binding for italian-styles.com only after the latter has confirmed the order by email.
In the event of one or more articles being unavailable (also temporarily), the Customer will be informed by email of the new amount to be paid or the order cancellation.


TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment on delivery.
In this case, the goods can be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery of goods.


GUARANTEE ON THE GOODS:
italian-styles.com will withdraw any damaged goods only if returned with their original box, packaging, shipping documents, and accompanied by a product return statement completed in a detailed way by the Customer. Should the defect be found, the Customer will be charged no expenses and will receive a new product as a replacement. Should that item be unavailable, italian-styles.com will refund the Customer of the whole amount paid for the purchase and shipping of the product that cannot be replaced.


DELIVERY OF GOODS
All the requested goods are sent by SDA courier (mail service). On delivery, the goods will be accompanied by a delivery note, or an accompanying invoice on request, which is essential to exercise the right to recede. Should the Courier be unable to deliver the goods owing to the absence of the recipient, the former will leave an appropriate "attempted-delivery notice" specifying whom to contact to withdraw the products. The delivery service within 4 days on the Europe territory will be charged to the Customer.


RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER
In order to exercise the right to cancel the order, a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt will have to be sent within 7 days specifying:
- the intention to avail oneself of the benefit under decree law n. 50 of 15 January 1992 (D.L. 15 gennaio 1992 n.50).
- the product on which the right to cancel the order is being exercised.
- one's current account details including the name of the institute, agency, current account number, ABI (sorting code) and CAB. The registered letter will have to be sent to the following address: italian-styles.com , Via Dante primo accesso n.1, 30016, Lido di Jesolo Venezia, Italy. For the amount to be refunded, the customer will have to send all the goods at his/her own expenses together with the corresponding delivery note or accompanying invoice. italian-styles.com will refund the customer by bank transfer within thirty days of receipt of the goods.
